Council holds information seminars to provide information about the development application process and everyone is invited to attend.

Electronic Submission of Development Applications
Please note that from the 1 September 2011, all Development Applications will be required to be lodged in electronic format.

Applications for a review or modification of a development application, and Pre-Development Application advice are not required to be submitted in electronic format at this time.
Development Assessment Policy
Council has adopted a Development Assessment Policy which outline the policies, procedures and services associated with Development Assessment at Leichhardt Council. This policy should be read by all persons seeking to lodge a Development Application with Council.
