Disabled Parking Zones

Disabled parking zones are generally installed to afford access for residents with medically diagnosed disabilities. To apply for a disabled parking zone a resident is required to complete an application form and meet the following criteria;

• Complete application form for Disabled Parking Zone. A medical certificate (in relation to walking distances) and a copy of the RTA Mobility Permit is also required (click on link below to download form).
• A disabled parking zone application must be reported to the Local Traffic Committee for approval and subsequently reported to Council for final approval.
