You can engage with large artworks as you amble through winding streetscapes, canal paths, and parks nestled beside historic waterways meandering down to Sydney’s stunning harbour. Wall 2 Wall: An annual mural competition which now boasts 19 large scale murals in the local area, with more to be transformed by Wall2Wall 2012.
Insight Out of Sight: An annual competition which transforms dull grey public eye sores into community artworks. There are now 36 traffic signal boxes that have been transformed.
The Hawthorne Canal Tunnel Mural Project: An exciting long term community mural mosaic that involved numerous school children and members of the community in transforming a dark heavily tagged tunnel, into a bright welcoming public space.
