Please use this form to request a service from Council or to report an incident.

All requests lodged using this form will be acknowledged by a return e-mail message. Requests will be allocated to the responsible officer for action during Council's normal business hours of 8.30 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday.

If you need to contact Council for urgent matters, emergencies or dangerous situations please do not use this form. Instead call Council on (02) 9367 9222 both during business hours and after hours.
