Standard Conditions of Development Consent
Once a decision has been made on a Development Application you will receive a Notice of Determination telling you if the Development Application has been approved or refused.
If the Development Application has been approved then your Notice of Determination will be a Development Consent.
The Development Consent will include a series of conditions that need to be satisfied at various stages of the development.
